We recruit our staff through local advertising, if a suitable applicant is not available from our pre-approved waiting list of potential employees.
All of our staff are carefully selected and, after an initial screening on the telephone, will be invited to attend an on site interview.
If successful, a comprehensive induction program will be completed before commencing their role. The induction will cover cleaning procedures and techniques, Greenserve and customer expectations, as well as all appropriate aspects of Health and Safety including COSHH.
We place great value on initial training, ongoing support and quality monitoring.
