At our initial consultation we listen to your requirements and experiences and then design an individual cleaning schedule for your premises.
Quality standards are monitored and improved upon by actively involving our employees in regular, documented quality audits. These will be carried out by either our Area Supervisors or Management Team, and if requested the results are shared with our Customer. We will actively seek customer feedback on a regular basis as part of our service evaluation process.
Being based locally means that we are able to react quickly and provide support when required, for example when a cleaning operative may be unwell, and thus avoid the problems associated with a National or Regional company whose office and support may be many miles from the site of the contract causing a slower response and a potentially unhappy customer.
Flexibility is a key part of our service, we are usually able to respond to special requests such as cleaning after an office move or focusing on a particular area due to a customer or hierarchal visit at short notice.
